Ray the Prison Cat was raised with love at the old Lorton Reformatory in Virginia. When Lorton was closed and the inmates were sent to other prisons, the cats were left behind. How sad that must have been for the prisoners and their furry friends!
Animal lovers stepped in, and the blind cat named for Ray Charles was adopted by Jill and Howard. Ray lived out the rest of his days with all the comforts a suburban cat demands. What an amazing life for a little blind kitten born in a field near a dreary prison and remembered today with love by Howard and Jill and me! And now you too! - INDIVIDUAL ITEM RRP £3
