The back of each card offers a traditional tea room recipe (oatcakes, Scotch pancakes, perkins, and shortbread) from Perilla Kinchin's book Taking Tea with Mackintosh: The Story of Miss Cranston's Tea Rooms (Pomegranate, 1998).
